Al Jannah Academy was established in 2013. Our main focus was to make learning enjoyable for children with activity based methods. We are a group of Muslim teachers who have experience working in mainstream schools and felt the need to bring modern teaching techniques to Islamic education.
Al-Jannah means 'paradise' which is a common blessing from God in all religions. Al-Jannah Academy is a not for profit Islamic Saturday School situated in Uxbridge, Middlesex in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
Al Jannah Academy is dedicated to producing talented and positive Muslim students. The Academy accommodates students from all over West London including Hayes, West Drayton, Uxbridge, Iver, Langley, Hounslow and surrounding areas. The Academy operates from classrooms based in Bishopshalt High School on Royal Lane. These facilities provide us the opportunity to maintain the quality of education in a familiar and suitable environment.
The decision to hold the school on a Saturday is based on the demand of parents and facilitates the hiring of professional staff that work during rest of the week. The weekend also allows for more time to be spent learning the beautiful religion of Islam.
To run this Academy efficiently, we have a strong and professional management structure in place. Our teachers are carefully selected based qualifications and experience Our staff are motivated to nurture your child. All the staff are DBS checked as required by legislation and to assure parents that their children are in safe hands. Regular teacher training is provided to maintain a consistent teaching standard. Our teachers are from all over the world, providing our school with diversity and representation for our young Muslim generation.
